Laura Paulsell (RYT 500, E-RYT 200) strives to teach inclusive, heart centered, and mindful yoga practices to alleviate suffering and support students on their journey. She incorporates music and mantra into her healing sessions. Reiki and oracle card readings are also available. Laura is the author of the young adult adventure/fantasy novel, The Kingdom of Eldon Cross, which address healing after the loss of a loved one from suicide.
