Hello! I love working with adults who are ambitious and yet stuck often due to their idea of what they think they are "supposed" to do or be. Often my patients realize they need some guidance because of symptoms of anxiety, depression and/or relational strain. I also work with patients who struggle with perinatal mood and anxiety disorders and fertility challenges.
