Dr. Mesgarha is a clinical psychologist and a clinical supervisor, works with adults and couples from an in-depth, attachment oriented lend. She is EMDR, Internal family system (IFS) and Emotional focused therapy (EFT) trained as well as a certified yoga teacher and breath work practitioner incorporating holistic interventions. She and her team work both in person and virtually. Full battery and ADHD assessment is another service being offered by the Uplyft team.
