PhD, LMFT, California License #30119 I am the clinical director of Primrose Healing and Wellness. I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with a doctorate in Health Psychology. I am an educator as well as a therapist, which is a strength I bring into my work with my clients. I have learned that over the years there is no one specific way to treat people. It is important to reach people where they are. I take a multi-dimensional and holistic approach to therapy that is based in sound clinical interventions. I want to incorporate all aspects of a person’s life; physical, psychological, psychosocial, and spiritual into treatment when appropriate. I work with individuals, couples and families. I treat a variety of conditions ranging from depression, anxiety substance abuse, eating disorders and trauma issues to couples and family work. I begin working with clients by doing an extensive intake and assessment that helps me to identify what it is you want from treatment. After the assessment process, we set goals that you want to achieve in therapy. It is important to me that you are an active participant in your treatment plan. My style is very interactive.
